4. Washington, D.C.
The capital of the country is certainly a good place to visit in 2018. Complemented with free museums, lots of green areas and a thriving culinary scene, there is always something to discover – no matter how many times you have visited.
Recently, several new museums have been opened, including the Bible Museum, opened in November 2017, and the National Museum of the History and Culture of African Americans, which was opened in 2016 and has since received a lot of recognition.
5. San Francisco, California
No matter what time of year you visit San Francisco, there are always a lot of things to do, from concerts to festivals to art exhibitions.
If you visit in February, you can visit SF Beer Week and explore the local beer scene in the city. In summer, Outside Lands, a music, gastronomy and humor festival, takes place in San Francisco, featuring such popular artists as Lorde, Solange, Schoolboy Q and Tove Lo.
