This morning after breakfast we head to explore the north of Jordan and its fantastic ancient monuments. We first proceed to Ajloun, with its fortress and magnificent view of the Jordan Valley, before continuing to Jerash – one of the best preserved Roman cities in the world with its famous Oval Forum. Then we proceed to have an enjoyable lunch in Al Hawara restaurant one of the famous ones in Amman for delicious foods. Rest of the day in leisure, shopping and personal activities. In the evening we head to enjoy the dinner at Fakhr el Din, an old Jordanian house converted into one of Amman's best restaurants.
Day 3: Amman – Full day City Tour – Amman overnight (B, L, D)
This morning after breakfast we take a guided panoramic city tour of Amman, which reflects Rome in that it was originally built on seven hills. Visit the ruins of the Roman Theatre, the Citadel, the Umayyad Palace and the city's excellent museums. Continue to the King Abdullah mosque, also known as the Blue Dome Mosque before exploring the Royal Automobile Museum showcasing the historic personal collection of His Late Majesty King Hussein. Then we proceed to take lunch in Tanoreen restaurant, one of Amman's best local restaurants before having the afternoon at leisure to explore the city for yourself to shop or personal activities. In the evening we take dinner in Kan Zaman restaurant, of the best restaurants in Amman where you will sample the most delicious specialties of Arabic cuisine. In the same building you can visit the handicraft workshops. After that wonderful experience we return to our hotel in Amman for overnight stay.
Day 4: Amman – Madaba - Mt. Nebo – Hammamat Ma’in overnight (B, L, D)
This morning after breakfast we leave Amman to visit the Madaba where the oldest map of the Holy Land exists on the floor of St. George's Church, the Mosaic School and Mt. Nebo, the alleged burial site of Moses. From Mount Nebo we proceed to have our lunch in one of the famous restaurants in Jordan Haret Jdoudna in Madaba to try some exclusive Arabic meal. Later we proceed to Hammamat Ma’in, an exceptional place in Jordan with an amazing natural setting. The mineral rich waters that feed the 109 hot and cold springs in the valley originate from winter rain falls in the highland plains of Jordan. We check in the hotel where you will be welcomed with a drink and fruit basket in the room. Rest of the day in leisure and self discovery and dinner in the evening and overnight stay at hotel in Ma’in.
Day 5: Hammamat Ma’in – Full day leisure – Overnight hotel (B, D)
After breakfast in the morning, its free day at leisure to relax for its being a destination of choice for seeking the perfect retreat to relax and to be pampered whilst enjoying the therapeutic benefits of Ma’In hot spring waterfalls. Day 8: Dead Sea –Wadi Al Mujib - Dana - Petra overnight (B, L, D)
This morning after breakfast we leave dead sea to visit the breathtaking scenery of Wadi al Mujib, a deep valley which is now a reserve home to 400 species of plants, 186 species of birds and 250 species of animal. After enjoying this beautiful reserve we head to Dana which is also a reserve of spectacular mountains, and ideally centered on a traditional Bedouin village and custom of life. Here we enjoy our lunch on barbecue midst of the amazing view of Dana’s nature that will add a unique experience to be felt. Later in the mid afternoon we proceed to Petra and check into the hotel and enjoy a welcome drink. After a short rest enjoy dinner on the roof of the Movenpick Hotel in their garden restaurant overlooking the Wadi Musa Mountains. Overnight stay at hotel in Petra.
Day 9: Petra Full day tour – Petra Overnight (B, L, D)
This morning after breakfast we proceed to visit the famous pink rock city Petra, voted now as new world wonder, we start the trip on horseback and then on foot. This city was carved into the rose-red Sharah Mountains by the Nabateans and lost to civilization until rediscovered by the Swiss explorer Burkhardt. We walk through the Siq, to reach the Treasury, the Roman Theater, the Courts, Qasr Bint Pharaoun, Temple of the Winged Lion and Royal Tombs. Later we proceed to have lunch inside the city enjoying with a traditional hospitality . In the late afternoon, to recover from a long day’s walking around the ruins. In the evening you will be transferred to enjoy a dinner with fabulous traditional Bedouin from the tribes of Ambaat and are still keeping the culture alive. The food specially prepared by them will bring an unique experience to try their delicious recipes, which is now becoming so popular among the Worldwide. Return to your hotel for overnight stay in Petra.
Day 10: Petra – Wadi Rum – Aqaba Overnight (B, L, D)
Late in the morning after breakfast we will be heading to the magnificent landscape of Wadi Rum. We start the enjoyment with a luxurious Bedouin lunch deep inside the desert, later we experience one the world’s best landscape desert on 4x4 jeep adventure for five hour full of fun. Before the evening you will be transferred to the coastal resort of Aqaba and check into you hotel, where you will be welcomed with a drink and fruit basket in the room.
